"I had switched to State Farm in 2016 upon purchasing a car when I was with AAA. The rate was double what I was expecting. I called State Farm who offered an acceptable rate, more than half of AAA. Ever since, each time I called with an issue I was having - Cassidy lassoed it all in. Communicated with me explaining clearly what was going on. She reached out to claims to solve the problem. Or helped me to understand the issue at hand how it all will work. IMO she is the beam of light in the office. Thank you Cassidy!!"

"Sharing my personal experience! I spoke to Robert about how I cancelled my auto policy due to State Farm’s rates being so high and got charged my full billing amount even though I was told I wasn’t going to get charged. After I spoke to him, he contacted the billing department and they were able to issue a credit directly to my bank account and they reserved the transaction that was still pending on my bank! He really solved the issue right there and then. I left my renters policy with State Farm but cancelled auto due to the high rates!"
